This hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment I stepped into the elegant and well-run establishment, I was greeted by the friendliest staff. The super Wellness center and beautiful garden were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The chalet-style renovation was jaw-dropping, with stylish furniture in the lounge and bar area, where a talented pianist provided incredible entertainment. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, with traditional Swiss cuisine prepared to absolute perfection. The staff, dressed in beautiful uniforms, were not only professional and efficient but also incredibly friendly. The quiet garden and comfortable rooms ensured a peaceful and restful stay. The well-equipped and clean spa area was a fantastic bonus, and the friendly staff made the experience even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the fantastic breakfast and spa facilities! In summary, this hotel is like a dream come true - I highly recommend it!

The location has easy access to a bus stop. We had a relaxing stay overall, would definitely recommend. The room was good sized. Kaufmannfrauen, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining...

Attractive wellness area, the cable car to the ski area was not in operation due to a storm! Very rich breakfast buffet. Restaurant Barga on site was very good, although it was rather expensive.

We particularly enjoyed the whole-body workout in the water, which was not only fun but also easy on our joints. The Stenna Centre, with its cinema, was another highlight for the kids. Additionally, the exclusive four-course menu, with each course refined with Alba truffles, was a gourmet experience that we won't forget. We loved exploring the hotel and its surroundings through the virtual 360° tours on their blog.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly activities.

The rustic Bündner Stube LA CLAV enchants with delicious dishes such as millet capuns and mountain cheese flambé in a modern, creative way. It's like taking a culinary journey through the mountains, with each bite bringing a new explosion of flavors.

Beds were uncomfortable.

Carpet covers in the corridor, which smell a little musty and old/narrow lift.

Friendly staff, clean and well kept room. Good Spa center with qualified personal. Hotel located in walking distance (10 min) from cabelway station and center of the village, as well as from very nice lake.

During our stay it was some reparation works in another rooms, which probably was a reason of a unpleasant smell in gates.

We were staying in a room with an outdated television (working perfectly well). Although the bathroom was very clean and in perfect state it looked a bit old-fashioned. However, I noticed on the hotel website that some rooms (including the bathroom) were already renovated.
